The Council is waiving ALL late fees for 2009 Summer Camps!

 
Pack 40 will lead flags again this year in the July 4th Rochester Independence Day Parade.
Any parade participation status changes because of rain/storms: Scout setup time is 3:30 PM; Parade step-off/start is 4:30. Any changes will be posted here no later than 2:30 PM July 4th. The Cub Scouts will participate unless otherwise directed by parade organizers.

ANY EVENT SCHEDULE CHANGES BECAUSE OF WEATHER OR OTHERWISE  WILL BE POSTED HERE NO LATER THAN 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED CUB SCOUT ARRIVAL OR EVENT START TIME.

 Cub Scouting and Boy Scouting is open to boys in 1st through 8th Grade as of fall 2009 (any boy can sign up now if they will be in those grades as of fall 2009 school year). Rochester Pack 40 Cub Scouts is an outreach of Rochester United Methodist Church, it's charter holder for over 56 years. Cub Scouts itself is open to boys who have completed K through 4th (entering 1st through 5th as of Fall 2009). Pack 40 is open to boys/familes who live within or whose child is registered in the Rochester School District.  Every Cub Scout Pack and Boy Scout Troop in the United States has it's own registration fee structure. Rochester Cub Scout Pack 40 registration is $29 for 2009. This covers all pack events, including your scout's pinewood derby car, awards, camping fees and pack meals, and more ... your child only needs to acquire his uniform and rank-specific workbook ... no additional fees or dues for any pack events for the remainder of 2009. Although boys can register at any time to join Cub Scouts, please see our events section for fall dates of official regsitration and information nights, parent orientation, and pack meeting schedule.
